Coming Together to Create Impact
Our system is a mix of clinical and non-clinical professionals that come together to bring life into our
organization. Every role in our health system offers a level of uniqueness but serves an important piece
to our overall puzzle. We show up to impact our patients and stay to create meaning in our own lives.
For Vail Health employees, it’s about more than the work we do inside the office. It's about the
moments we experience outside. Whether you grew up in the mountains or relocated; whether you live
in the valley or join us remotely; whether you are an avid adventurer or more of an observer - Vail
Health offers its employees a moment to take off your badge and breathe in life. Vail Health believes
that we all need to take care of ourselves so that we can be the best caregivers possible.
