About the Position

The Operating Room Manager is a registered nurse that collaborates with the Director of Surgical Services in order to oversee the human resource functions of the OR unit. You will manage the day to day operations of the unit in order to maximize patient safety, clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, and intra-/inter-departmental workflows. The OR Manager also assures compliance of all staff within the OR unit with all Policy, Procedure, and regulatory standards in addition to managing any financial resources and budgeting. Ultimately, the Operating Room Manager is responsible for enhancing satisfaction among patients, staff, and physicians.

Requirements

  • 5 Years Operating Room RN
  • 3 Years Operating Room Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state 
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), preferred
