About the Position: Nursing Supervisor - PRN/Pool

The Nursing Supervisor is a responsible for providing and coordinating interdisciplinary patient care utilizing the nursing process; coordinates patient admission and expedites patient care through the continuum of hospital services. Partners with the patient and family upon admission and accompanies them to their destination(s). This includes, orienting the patient and family to their new environment and completing the admitting process. Each unit will have varying practices and utilization of this role. Participates and leads compliance with core measures in a concurrent daily audit process.

Shift

  • PRN/Pool Position, On-Call - Various Shifts, 12

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) ~or~ Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) required.
